Oriental soup, with a slight hint of spiciness - you will feel like in Thailand!
450 g Black Tiger shrimp
1 l of broth
2 tomatoes
2 green onions
1 fresh ginger
1 jalapeno pepper
can of coconut milk
4 tablespoons of lime juice
2 teaspoons of chilli sauce
2 teaspoons of fish sauce
1. Boil the broth, or add 2 stock cubes to the boiling water.
2. Cut the green onions and squeeze the lime juice. Chop the ginger and peppers.
3. Brew the tomatoes so that they can be easily peeled and cut into pieces.
4. Pour lime juice and chopped onions, ginger and red pepper into the broth. Boil covered for 20 minutes.
5. Add coconut milk, shrimp, tomatoes (along with juice), sauces: chilli and fish.
6. Boil again.
7. Before serving, sprinkle soup with green parts of green onions.
