An unusual suggestion for each barbecue may be shrimp. Simple to prepare, unique in taste and far more sophisticated than standard grill proposals.
1 kg of large peeled prawns
4 tablespoons of olive oil
70 g soft butter
2 tablespoons of chopped chives
1 chopped garlic clove
1 small chopped shallot onion
1/2 teaspoon of peppers
freshly ground pepper, salt
1. Warm up the grill.
2. Mix the ground butter, olive oil, garlic, shallot, salt, pepper, chives and peppers in a bowl.
3. Add the shrimp, mix very thoroughly with other ingredients and leave in the fridge for 45 minutes.
4. Stuff the shrimp on skewers sticks, placing a stick near the tail and near the head, remove the remaining marinade.
5. Gently lubricate the grill grate with oil, and then grill for about 3 minutes, until the shrimp will lose their transparency.
