Light, lunch suggestion rich in protein and lots of vitamins.
1/2 kg of cooked shrimp
1 pack of natural yoghurt (180 g)
1/2 pineapple
1 long green cucumber
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of curry
1 tablespoon of white rum
1 lemon
1 tablespoon of grated coconut

1. Cut cucumber into cubes and put in a separate container.
2. Divide the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from one part, cut the other into slices.
3. Leave half of the shrimps to decorate the cocktail, and mix the rest with the other ingredients and lemon juice and mix it into a homogeneous mass.
4. Pour the cocktail into the cups and decorate with a cut cucumber, shrimp and a slice of lemon.
