New release of an octopus. Be sure to try to make a stew from it!
1 kg of frozen baby octopuses
200 g of sliced bacon
1 glass of cognac
2 glasses of white wine
4 cloves of garlic
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 tablespoon of olive oil
thyme
parsley leaves
bay leaf
salt
pepper
1. Cut the octopuses into pieces, then parboil them to to remove the suction cups and the thin skin.
2. Make a marinade of salt, pepper, twig of thyme, bay leaf, parsley and a glass of cognac in a pot.
3. Put octopus into the marinade for 4 hours.
4. Cut bacon into strips, a large onion into cubes, add a tablespoon of olive oil, tomatoes, cloves of garlic, and then combine the ingredients with octopus and marinade.
5. Pour the ingredients together with two glasses of wine and the same amount of boiling water.
6. Simmer for about 4-5 hours. Serve with rice.
